It's no secret that I have a love affair with World Wonders and nature's greatest gifts.

Thus far, I've been able to place my eyes upon, and rub my hands against only two Wonders. I've been to the Taj Mahal, in Agra, India and the Angkor Wat ruins in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Simply breathtaking, both in unique ways. One, the representation of endlessly obsessive love, even through death, as many forget the Taj is actually a tomb.

The other, the actual representation of a civilazation from another space and time. A land preserved yet aged. Carved faces that looked more like my ancestors than I'd ever seen before with my own eyes. Exciting, liberating, humbling at the sheer size of both what nature built and what ancient man built.

So many more I want to see.

Petra

Machu Picchu..

and the nature that is the Blue Lagoon, in Malta.

Blue Lagoon. For some reason this has risen to the top of the list. How I would love a visit to the famed Blue Lagoon. I've only been through it's country on a layover for an hour or two. Yet, it's probably the main reason why I'd venture back. The photos that I've seen of the place, literally pull me in. The mysticism of it. Vastness. Seclusion. All enticing, especially for a personal trip. It's on the mind...we'll have to see how this plays out.
