This quote is no joke. When I saw it for the first time, a year ago, I didn't understand it. It confused me actually. But, with the position I hold now, I am faced with this battle every single day. During more active times that involve the Tribe, I deal with it multiple times a day. It's a real struggle because honestly, no one wants to disappoint others. No one wants to say no or have people frustrated with them. But the truth is, you can't win them all and you can't please everybody. Just keep integrity and stay focused on the vision. Listen to everyone, do your best, but remember why you do, what you do, the way you do...and be ok with that.
