In a previous blast a few weeks ago, I noted the taping of Black Girls Rock while I was out in Thailand. Tonight is the night!
I am back in NYC, and will be enjoying dinner with two other Black Girls that Rock, Stephanie and E Isis...check their work out! It's a night, (and weekend considering the film "For Colored Girls" opened as well) to recognize the phenomenal work of the Black woman. It's a time to stand proud with all that we have accomplished in various industries.

I'm excited! I have my crab cakes ready to contribute to the dinner, and am anticipating the conversation had after as much as I am the show!
