Despite a lack of sleep, half a tree fallen on the garage part of the house, and a ful tree down about a block away, the neighborhood was business as usual. Most businesses were open and functioning well. No broken windows, crazy debris, or lives in jeopardy.
Not going to lie, the winds kept me in a state of awake semi-sleep last night, but I'm just grateful that everyone is ok. My thoughts are with everyone in the Southern States, and along the shorelines who really felt the wrath of Irene.
Business as usual I guess....back to transcribing, and even made a DRT•BG housecall this morning.
